Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) is a single monthly statement from CDSL/NSDL that shows all your mutual fund and demat holdings across all fund houses under one PAN — simplifying portfolio review.
The Consolidated Account Statement is a comprehensive monthly report generated by the depositories (NSDL and CDSL) for all investors. It aggregates all mutual fund holdings across all AMCs under your PAN, showing current unit count, NAV, current value, and recent transactions. CAS is emailed to investors who have any mutual fund transaction in that month. For non-transacting months, a half-yearly CAS is emailed. It can also be downloaded from NSDL/CDSL portals or AMFI's MFCentral platform.
If you have SBI MF, HDFC MF, and Mirae Asset funds — CAS is the one document that shows all of them together under your PAN. Instead of logging into 3 different platforms, one monthly email (or the MFCentral portal) shows your complete mutual fund picture: all funds, all folios, current values, and recent transactions. It's your mutual fund portfolio summary in one place.
NSDL and CDSL jointly generate CAS for investors whose PAN is registered.
Monthly (if any transaction occurred) or half-yearly.
Sent to the registered email address.
Also downloadable from: CAMS, KFintech, MFCentral.com.
Shows: fund name, folio, units, current NAV, current value, purchase history.
